Kari Fox

Kari Fox is the Director of Asset Management at Public FA, Inc. Ms. Fox manages post closing requirements for housing authorities participating in CFFP direct loan programs as well as to the 37 Alabama Public Housing Authorities which participated in the 2003 pooled bond. Her responsibilities include monitoring the performance of each PHA by reviewing Agency Plans, audits, budgets and compliance with the requirements of the financing. This involves quarterly and annual reporting to the issuers, Rating Agencies, and Insurers as well as performing continuing disclosure requirements.

Additionally, Ms. Fox provides administrative support to the Principals and Associates of PFA as well as to its clients. Her duties include providing all levels of administrative support, preparing market research reports, billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping for the firm, as well as ensuring the quality and performance of all work done by the firm.

Kari and her husband moved to Huntsville in 1989 from the Washington, DC area. While in DC she worked for Capital Hill Hospital as a department director. Before joining PFA in 2003, Kari had prior experience working with a local school system, painting murals and raising a family. She and her husband are both graduates of Auburn University where their two sons currently attend.
