Most asset management occurs after you close the transaction, but here it starts the minute a transaction is conceptualized. In today’s environment investors are more and more aware of getting the best, least risky investments. At PFA, the relationship matters and after the transaction closes – we are not done. We provide services to issuers of all kinds based upon the specific requirements of their transaction. From providing continuing disclosure undertaking assistance pursuant to the SEC rule 15(c)2-12, to construction and spending monitoring of Public Housing Authorities utilizing Capital Funds borrowings. This is a service that is provided both on behalf of the issuer as well as the lender/investor.
